About the Event

We are delighted to invite healthcare professionals and students to participate in the Imaging and Physiology event. This gathering is designed to bring together experts and enthusiasts in the fields of imaging and physiology to discuss and explore the latest advancements and interesting case studies.

Call for Submissions

We encourage the submission of intriguing cases related to imaging and physiology.

Topics: Interesting cases of imaging and physiology.

Guidelines for Case Submissions

  • Slide Limit: Please do not exceed 10-12 slides for each submission.

  • Slide 1: Case Title, Presenter Name, Institution

  • Slides 2-3: Case History

  • Slides 3-10: Procedure Angiogram & Procedure Details (Insert appropriate .avi loops and text with relevant equipment used). Movie files must be in .avi format.

  • Last Slide: Take-home message/what we learn from the case.

  • File Size: Kindly ensure that the case presentation/paper is less than 100 MB (supported file formats include .pdf, .ppt, .pptx, etc).

  • Video Files: If you plan to attach a folder for videos, please rename the video loops as V1, V2, V3.....V9.

Guidelines for Abstract Submissions

  • Title: Should be concise and specific, containing no abbreviations and indicating the nature of the investigation.

  • Topic: Abstracts should be related to women’s cardiovascular diseases or its comparison of outcomes with men.

  • Language: Abstracts must be submitted in English.

  • Structure: Abstracts should consist of 4 sections: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion (approx. 300-350 words).

  • Formatting: Use zeros before decimal points: 0.05, not .05. Use decimal points, not commas: 0.05, not 0,05. Use lowercase “p” values (p < 0.05). For brand drugs, include generic names in parentheses.

  • Content: Do not include references, credits, or grant support.
